A reservation must be made in advance, especially for new customers. This allows for us to do our Initial Free Consultation, discuss payments and arrange all of the necessary details.
Payments are accepted by cash, check or all major credit cards using PayPal. PayPal payments must add a 3% convenience fee. There will be a $35.00 fee for each returned check.
We do consider your business very important and in doing so we make sure we have no other reservations during your time slot. Please provide us the courtesy of cancelling 48 hours in advance. If this is not done the price of the visit will be kept and a fee of $25.00
will be added.
Our operating hours are 6:00 am - 9:00 pm 7 days week.
In the event of a natural disaster you will be responsible for getting your pets to safety.
